Towards the end of the seven month period we will write to you to remind you that the loan is ending and you can either:-

A:    redeem your goods by repaying the loan in full, i.e. the original loan plus 7 month’s interest.
B:    renew this contract by paying 7 month’s interest only and extending your contract for a further 7 months. ­­If the loan remains unpaid or the contract is not renewed at the end of the seven month period, we would be obliged to sell the item and order to recover the capital and interest owing.

For loans over £75.00, any surplus over and above the capital, interest and reasonable expenses incurred in selling the item would be returned to you.
